Background
One word: Marketing. Over the last 20 plus years I have managed marketing departments in an eclectic mix of industries including travel, construction, education and software. In 2008 I set up my own marketing consultancy, Début Marketing, which helped small Aberdeen businesses with marketing plans, campaigns and content as well as training them on social media strategy. Début Marketing became part of Red Evolution in 2016, combining my marketing knowledge with the existing skills of the team to provide clients with a full inbound marketing service.
Qualifications
I have a BCom (hons) degree in Business Studies and French, and a Diploma in Marketing (DipM) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). I was also one of the first Chartered Marketers in the UK.
When I'm Not At Work
With two teenagers, a dog and a husband, I come to work for a rest! I can normally be found in my car driving someone to football, tennis or a social event. If I get any time to myself I'll go for a run with the dog, play tennis or curl up with a chunky novel.
